To cover up my fav is benefit erase paste! It's such a beautiful bright color and blends perfectly. I use to before mineral foundation ☺

Benefit has great under eye make up, try some of their brightening stuff with a bit of concealer. That's how I get rid of mine. Drinking lots of water helps too =]
