How do you get rid of dark circles under your eyes?

I have dark circles under my eyes from my mascara. After I wash my face every night I seem to always have a stain. Unfortunately from the months that has led up to years it now feels permanent. No matter how much water, face wash, or just as simple as rubbing a towel under my eyes there is still no luck. Do you know any product or home remedy that could help? Thanks!

Hey!! I would try rubbing fresh lemon on the area or lemon juice, getting a lot of sleep, drinking lots of water and putting cucumbers on your eyes to promote freshness to the area. Hope this helps!! xx

Have you tried an actual waterproof eye makeup remover?? Without it I have the same problem!!
