I like the Clinique superbalenced makeup! And with that they have a translucent powder that is covering but light to go over that.

I am pale myself, and had much better luck with the mat velvet foundation from make up forever then Kat Von D.

I agree with KVD and her pressed powder foundation is also full coverage - other good liquid one is dermablend they also have a good cream and powder full coverage formulas and MUFE also has good full coverage foundations.

I almost bought the Becca foundation today that Adahli mentioned above but they didn't have my shade. I have Kat Von D lock it foundation and I love the formula. I ended up buying Makeup Forever HD just because I wanted something a little darker than my Kat Von D.
