I am starting to wear foundation more often now and I want to find the perfect foundation for my skin. I have oily and acne-prone skin. I am also fairly light. I would like to find a foundation that has full-coverage and does not cause breakouts. Any suggestions?

I don't recommend revlon colorstay. I have acne prone skin as well, and it broke me out like crazy.

Revlon Colorstay broke me out terribly. I'd stay away from it. Worst breakout I'd had in years. Rimmel's Stay Matte is nice. For high end I'm loving Tarte's Amazonian Clay foundation right now.

Save up the money if budget is a concern and check out CoverFx. The line has foundation that can exclusively address your specific needs that no drugstore foundation can provide. CoverFx ingredients can heal existing acne along with keeping acne from emerging in the first place. Clinique, that Lilibeth and Luke suggested is also great as well.

The Cover FX BB Gel is fabulous. That's my casual weekend go to for a natural look. Their primers are good, too.

For a drugstore I'd try neutrogena clear skin foundation or almay clear skin. I prefer the color and finish of the almay more over the neutrogena. Give them a try and see.

I like the Nyx and Flower beauty stick foundations. They are cruelty free, unlike most other drugstore brands.

For acne prone skin: drugstore: Rimmel London Stay Matte
High end: UD Naked Ultra liquid foundation.
I would save up for the foundation; IMO, that is what you splurge on. And I would stay away from heavy cream foundations or

I agree I personally hate drugstore products for the face because they all seem to break me out but I did try the cover girl clean foundation for Halloween once and it didn't have any negative effects on me so maybe try that one... Otherwise my fave high end brands are Clinique, coverFX, dermablend, KVD and MUFE - the first 2 have formulas made specifically for acne prone/sensitive skin the last 3 have full coverage formulas that have not broken me out.

Cover fx is wonderful, but if you prefer a drugstore brand Boots N?7 is great for acne prone sensitive skin and the finishes are superb and usually over looked by many but I highly suggest it.
