I'm on the market for a new felt tip eyeliner , and a new gel pot eyeliner. Also a good eyeliner brush. I need the liners to last all day, and be smudge and wear off resistant. I rub my eyes a lot and they water, I need some thing that will last! Thanks guys.

I absolutely love the Kat Von D liquid liner. It's black as night, dries instantly, and won't rub off.

The kat Von d tattoo liner is my hg is use it everyday! I have oily eyelids and it does fade a bit by the end of the day but compared to other eyeliners it's a gem 💎

MAC Blacktrack fluid line is amazing, if you want a cheaper option though NYX makes some good gel liners. I always use a MAC 266 brush but all in all you need a good small angled brush :)

And I usually go for high end makeup, but I love love love their eyeliners, honestly just as good as my sister's dior pen eyeliner and the gel one was waaaay better than my sephora one (its not even comparable) AND the brush that comes with it is actually usable and nice. Highly reccomend theese two, I'm about to go on my third repurchase pf the masterprecise pen :)

I completely agree with the Kat Von d pens. So great and pigmented!

With the benefit push up liner, I would not recommend it just because when I wore it (and I tried it about 5 times) it would leave a rash on my eyelids. Not an irritation either, but an actual rash. So knowing that and knowing that you already run your eyes a lot, I would stray far away!!

And with the ELF eyeliner, I love the pigmentation of it, but it does smudge a lot so that might be of concern for you!!
