So I live in Texas I stayed up to order the Jaclyn Hill palette because it was going to be ready to preorder 12 am PST. Well it gets to be 2 am and there site won't let me go on it! I just said eff it and got a bunch of stuff from Lush. lol. anyone else have this prob?

This was a terrible experience. I finally got it at 8:30 am EST when I started at 3 right when it was available. I'm excited for the palette but it was truly abysmal trying to get it. I feel for the people who stayed up trying then find out its sold out when the site will finally work, because that's most likely what will happen.

I know like I stayed up until 3 trying to get it but then was just like eff it. I'm going to spend my money on something else. I mean it's just ridiculous I wanted to get individual eyeshadows but there always out of everything and the palette just seemed like a good steal. I think I'm just going to try Coastal Scent Hot Pots.

Aww man that sounds terrible. On their IG account it says it's still not sold out but that there is still traffic on the site but they are working to fix it. I'm sorry you had to go through this though :/ hope you enjoy the products that you did get :)
