I'd recommend finding some beauty bloggers/you tubers located around your area, and see what products they use. Most beauty gurus do tutorials and reviews of both high and low end products, so you should be able to find some affordable options through them. Start with Huda Beauty, who's located in Dubai, and check out who she tags or mentions working with.

Ah, I didn't know Huda was exclusively high end products! Still, check out the recommended pages based on her, what she shares and who comments on her stuff. If you have an Instagram, following a couple nearby makeup accounts and then checking the discover page is a great way to find makeup-specific local accounts, since discover is based on what you like/follow and your location.

Hey Lamyaa I used to live in jeddah for a while and there are plenty of options. There are tons of private sellers on Instagram like bello24shop and lodyshop. Of course they're a rip off but ul get plenty of amazing products. And there are many more but these are the ones I normally used. They don't have everything just the popular products so sometimes ul see bh cosmetics and coastal scents. Also look on the bright side you get some amazing European brands esp skin care that aren't available in the states. N some of them are just awesome.
