Some do, some don't. Depends on the brand and your skin.

It also depends on your application, because if you try to apply a concealer to cover dark circles without using a color corrector underneath, it will make it look worse. To cancel out dark circles, you need a peachy color corrector, and then you can apply your concealer over top of that. Otherwise you'll look really ashy and grey under your eyes instead of awake and glowing.

If you use too much it can defeat the purpose of concealing. I know that if I forget to apply my eye cream and then apply concealer...cracked undereyes here we go!

I get the bye bye under eye corrector by it cosmetics and it works great! It usually works by itself but it works with any concealer you put over it! :)

I can't live without my Kat Von D concealer! But like Shelley said you can't forget your eye cream before application because it doesn't go on smooth. Now I've never use an eye corrector, Hannah got me thinking if it's possible to make my dark circles much less visible! Hannah which eye corrector do you recommend?

Hm, depending on what you like and your eyes you could try Bobbi Brown's corrector or Benefit's Erase paste (which feels thicker to me than the Bobbi Brown does) =) It, like concealer, is kind of subjective and depends on the person, what works for some may not work for all so you might want to do a little research.

Ah ok. I know the Bobbie brown is really popular. I think Shelley uses it. I have tried the benefit erase and it's too thick and drying for me, even after applying an eye cream.

See I'm not really a fan of it either, it's sort of just what came to mind since my dark circles have actually cleared up in the last year or so. Kat Von D also has a corrector pencil which works nicely for me since It's designed to cancel out the blue/purple tones in black tattoos, so it works pretty well for dark circles also. My only complaint with this is that the pencil is a bit hard, it's not very creamy, so I just heat it up a little before I use it.

Mine works! its the kind you twist the end and the concealer in the tube is pushed out onto the brush on the other side. I don't know the name but its in a black and tube and I got it from sephora. it works great when you add the right anount and blend it well.

@Hailey...I have to correct you about Bobbi Brown...her correctors only come as singles. The duo is actually a concealer and powder. And tan skintones aren't excluded from needing corrector if concealing undereye circles.
