I would look up Paula's choice and read up their blog articles tbh. I've been using their products in conjunction with my own for the past few months and my skin has never felt better. I know it's annoying that everyone is hyping them up but I'd use their benzoyl peroxide treatment. If not them, get the clean and clear 10% benzoyl peroxide treatment to spot treat current and find a fragrance free benzoyl peroxide lotion to put on face once or twice a day. Salicylic acid in a face wash isn't effective as the SA isn't on skin long enough to treat acne. Again, highly recommend looking on PC's blog for advice and seeing products there as they've all helped me personally regardless of if they're Paula's or if they're from other brands but rated highly on their review board.
