stronger hair follicles? How?

My hair is extremely thin and its beginning to fall out too much.. I cant use conditioner because it will make my hair shed! Any tips on how to get stronger roots? PLEASE AND THANKYOU!

I think you should see your dr because if your probably is hair follicles and the roots it is most likely to do with your scalp
