I have the same problem! .. Well 'had' cause its all cleared up heaps now! I literally tried everything and people would always annoy me about my pimples so I really wanted it to go away. Washing my face every night and morning with leather imperial soap which you can find from your local supermarket helped me. Make sure you wash your face with a glove face scrub to take out the oils and dirt from your face. I also went to the dermatologist and they have me tablets for it. They're called 'doxylin 50' and they helped A LOT! So now that they're all gone I have a little bit of scars which are clearing up because I put aloe Vera gel which I get from my backyard. Hope that helped :)

Clinique has a really good skin care line, you use this for everyday use. For an overnight treatment that works wonders is Oxy Skin Treatments. It always gets rid of my acne either overnight or two. You leave it on then wash it off. You can use it over the Clinique products. Only use it for spot or area treatments though, it is a little to strong for full face. To get rid of the redness that comes with stubborn pimples is ice them for a little bit. Good luck! I know exactly how you feel!

Go to a dermatologist or an esthetician.
What works for some people may not work for others! I suggest getting a facial every now and again!

Warm a rag with water, hold it over a problem area until it isn't warm anymore, and gently slide it. I do this and it doesn't scar or hurt.

I don't get pimples often but I heard from a friend that if you take uncoated aspirin tablets and add 4 drops of water and apply it helps stop the swelling and redness
