I see what you mean Lara but I use both spray tans and tanning bed sessions and I get really good results;)

If you want a tan, I suggest a spray tan. There are too many health/cancer risks associated with tanning beds for them to be a good option.

I wasn't talking about results... I was focused on the risks... I also suggest a progressive self tanner cream such as jergens.

I absolutely love tanning I know there's a lot of risk factors but there is risk factors with a lot of things but I don't do it to get to actually do it for the relaxation I don't do it a lot either but I mean I do have a package and I think it's totally worth it but if you are looking to get tan I would definitely do spray tan.

Well that's a rather subjective question tbh...I do however agree with the other Shiro, Lara, and Janelle if you do decide to.

If it's just natural sun tanning then go for it! Just make sure you still use SPF even when you're trying to tan otherwise you will hurt all week 😖

I agree with not using tanning beds as they're crazy bad for you. I use a gradual self tanning lotion, I'm not too good with the spray tans, as every single one has left me orange or gotten blotchy. The gradual tanner gives me a nice dark tan and I can go as dark as I want due to it being a gradual tanning lotion, meaning it's just a lotion that gives you a tan, such a jergans, but I don't use jergans as it leaves a gross smell lol.

Noooo don't tan in the sun! It's just as bad as tanning beds! Definitely go with spray tan or tan lotions if you decide to tan, but I think pale skin is just as beautiful. Tanning with UV rays (from the sun or tanning beds) is the #1 cause of skin cancer! UV rays = radiation = carcinogens!
