if it's one makeup step that is impossible for me to skip, then it's lining the waterline! the fact that i have watery eyes makes it difficult for me to make the line stay there the whole day. if i use pencils or gel-liners, the liner will be gone after one hour (i've tried almost everything from drugstore to high end). i've also tried the eyeshadow-trick which only worked for a few hours.
when i came across gosh's extreme art eyeliner (waterproof) a few years back, there was no going back to any other eyeliner - that was my holy grail!
it's been a few months now, and i can't seem to find it in any beauty apply's (i live in norway) that carries gosh.
does anyone know of any other eyeliner that's a good dupe?
