If your skin is dry, I'd suggest the Hourglass No. 28 primer. It's an oil based primer that is awesome for dry skin, I'm currently using it since the winter has been so brutal. I do also like the Hourglass Veil mineral primer for normal/summer wear.

Oh so a day sample, or were you using it for a week or two? I just truly want to know if it was really good for a person with dry skin who actually have used it on a daily to see or feel the result of this primer.

Water based is actually better than silicone based because the silicones cause a barrier between the foundation and the skin- and not in a good way. Many foundations are formulated to "Grip" the skin and if the silicone is impeding that it will just slide off your face.

Interesting Thanks for the feed back,I've have yet to try that primer out and since you have issues with dry skin and sensitive thought I would ask and have a understanding of the out come. That primer does have a tad of silicone in it.

That's the one I'm using now Ariana in 002. I do love it but my skin still gets dry. I love in the central valley and the weather is a big bully. lol.
