There are lots of cheaper options like the Muji drawers available at Marshall's or TJ Maxx. That's where I got mine and I love them!

I got to the dollar store and grab the cute wire bins, flower vases, mason jars, and baskets they have! I keep my brushes in a wide flower bowl with marbles.

Muji is your best bet for clear plastic drawers. They're high quality and mad cheap. I don't like plastic though, so I usually go to thrift stores and pick out glass and ceramic bins and vases, also a pretty cheap option.

Yeah they aren't $1 or so, but they are extremely roomy and high quality. I tried using dollar store/discount store items but I grew out of them quickly. As my collection grew, they became useless and awkward to store. It's completely up to you but just as a disclaimer, you may grow out of them and need the larger drawers anyways. I spent more money trying to accommodate my storage with cheaper items and ended up needing the Muji drawers anyways.

I have a vanity desk from ikea and the alex drawers for my makeup. I separate them in drawers by face primers, moisturizers, eye creams, etc.foundations, concealers
blush and highlighters
contour, bronzer and powders
eyshadows, pigments, glitter
mascaras, eyeliners, eyeshadow pencils
lashes, glue, any tools like eye lash curlers, Q tips1
& the bottom I have any extra stuff like makeup bags, samples & pallete
then lastly hair care and then all my hair tools are in a box under neath my desk or in the closet in my getting ready room
on top I use the clear drawers to keep my every day foundation concealers and fave lipsticks at the time & keep my brushes in glass short vases from ikea and filled with purple crystals from ikea

Hello ladies,If ever you have a storage question please post it in the Storage category or it's subject for deletion.Please get familiar with the Categories that we have for a reason so it helps threads move in a consistent flow because we keep tabs on who doesn't follow Beautylish forum rules and we don't want anyone who continue to not follow Beautylish rules to end up with a account deletion as well.
