I have a beauty blender, I use it with my foundation. I've seen tons of reviews on it on YouTube saying it's amazing, but for me, I don't feel like I am using it right. Any tips that I NEED to know for my beauty blender to work at its best?

So what do you feel is not being done correctly? I used the same technique with the same foundation and it was fine. I applied the foundation with the beautyblender. If that doesn't work for you, try spreading it on your face and then blending it with the BB.
