Your skin is beautiful so I would say moisturize well and maybe get a tinted moisturizer if you want. Maybe ask your parents if you can pluck your eyebrows and get a tinted lip balm. Your gorgeous you don't need much :)

You don't need any makeup beautiful..and yes.. like liv said get a lipbalm or lipgloss of soft colors.. and you can style your hair it will give you a different look.. hope this help :)

Maybe a tinted lip balm or gloss, or a neutral eyeshadow (like one of the maybelline color tattoos) if your parents will let you. But don't sneak behind their backs! You don't want to get in trouble and that could be a major setback!

But you are absolutely beautiful and never think that you need makeup to be so. Makeup is a fun way to express yourself, not to make yourself "beautiful". The best makeup any girl can wear is a smile! P.s. You don't look like an 8yr old.;)

Hair can do wonders for how old you look, so maybe try switching up your style? You could grow out your bangs either to fringe side bangs or just no bangs at all, or you could get a bob haircut, really anything, maybe ask your stylist? Definitely if you want to wear more makeup, ask your parents first. Usually they can be pretty understanding, but the minute you go behind their backs, you've lost all trust. I definitely wouldn't pluck your brows, they're full without reaching caterpillar status, which is lovely.

I'd say to try something with your hair. Maybe growing out the bangs, they make anyone look a little younger.
