Can you use eye shadow primer for lips? I don't see a lip primer at Walmart or any other store.

I wouldn't use an eyeshadow primer. Eyeshadow and lipsticks are different textures. I don't think it would turn out well. NYX Cosmetics has a lip primer. NYX can be found at Ulta or Target. Also you can always line and fill your lips with lip liner. It works as a great base so that your lipstick doesn't fade as fast.

Or you could also use a clear lip liner. I have one by maybelline, they look white in the pencil, but go on clear on the lips.

OCC lip tar comes with a lip primer. I don't know if that primer works for all lipsticks or if it's formulated specifically to go with the lip tar, but I intend on trying it out with some of my Mac matte lipsticks that are kinda drying. I'll let you know the results!

I think ELF has a clear pencil. I might be wrong. It is actually fir lining the lips to avoid feathering, but you could probably use it on the whole lip.

Definitely love clear lip pencils, I think actual lip primers are a little overrated, but it's all up to you.

When I wear highly pigmented lipstick, I can see the bleed.. I have the Smashbox undereye hydrating primer and its just "eh", so I gave it a try on my lips. It worked well, so I'm going to keep doing it.
