Probably not just because it will cling to dry patches if I were you I would go with a liquid foundation it won't cling as bad and (depending on what you get) can moisturize you skin.
Recommendations are...
HIGH END: Bobbi brown

I have combination skin, so part of my face gets super dry, while other places get very oily! I absolutely love this foundation (original formula) and it looks super natural and lasts all day! As long as you moisturize and prime it looks flawless! Just remember to buff it all out and don't be tempted to layer it on as the product naturally builds more coverage the more you blend it in. Would definitely say go for it x

Depends on which formulation you're interested in. We have four formulations, so they're all different for different skin types. Just because they're mineral powders does not mean they will cling to dry patches, Carsam. What kind of coverage are you looking for?
