It hurts quite a bit actually I've gotten mine done a while back it's sooo cute c: but its a pain that goes away quickly like a numbing pain, but depends on how good your piercer is lol,but I have about it on my blog at bit.ly/StaycuteStayYou and you could search it and see all the things you need, definitely don't regret getting mines!(:

I've had mine done for about 5-6 years, I still love it! It doesn't hurt, it just felt like pressure. I bled a lot though!

Mine didn't actually hurt, though it did bleed and was the only piercing I've bad that did so. I didn't know what to expect when I was getting it, whether it'd be a pressure feeling or like a normal lip piercing feeling but honestly I didn't feel it, the clamps are the most uncomfortable part. As for healing, make sure you know whether you'd like it tucked up for down for the first couple of weeks because trying to move it yourself during that time isn't a good idea and stings quite a lot from what I remember :) I cleaned mine with a salt saline solution while it was healing twice daily and had no problems :) I've had it for about 4 years now and even though I don't wear it out often, I still keep it because it's convenient when I want a change.
