My hair falls out on a regular basis. I'm not going bald, but it falls off a lot more than other people. I have at least one person saying I have hair all over my back, and it's pretty embarrassing. Does anyone know a way that I could fix this? (I would like home remedies or diys, but I won't be picky) Please and thank you!

Mmm it's still kinda hard to say since your description sounds like the average hair fall
How much hair all over your back? If you tug your hair, does a bunch come out easily?
Do you have thick hair?

I personally don't have that problem so I can't recommend anything specific, but to help prevent your hair from falling out more:

1.) don't brush your hair when it's wet & if you must use a wet brush or a wide tooth comb. Also start from the bottom and make your way to the top of your head to prevent you from pulling or tugging on your hair.

2.) if you have any split ends, CUT THEM OFF! I can't stress this enough! They will continue to split all the way to your roots and eventually that will result in more hair loss. I know it's painful, especially if you're trying to grow it out, but it's the only way!

3.) use hair masks & oil treatments after your showers. Shampoo strips your hair from natural oils so you need to apply masks/deep conditioners/or some sort of oil treatment at least 1-2 times a week!

3.) rinse your hair in cold water! I know this is painful, but it is so beneficial for your hair and it makes my hair really soft and shiny (:

4.) lay off on the heat for a while. It's so bad for your hair & can cause split ends. & the days you do happen to use heat, use a good heat protectant!

There's obviously many other tips I could give, but here are some of the most important ones in my opinion. Good luck 💕

Do you have any autoimmune diseases?
Are you eating properly?

Hair fall can be a signal for many different reasons so its hard to say what can fix it

You could also check with a doctor to see if it's anything serious.

I had the same problem for a little while do your parents or grandparents have any thyroid issues?

Ari: It's like fifteen to twenty five strands and I eat fine, but I don't know about autoimmune disease. Katelyn: my mom says its 'natural' and there is nothing that they could do. Celia: I don't think so...

I've been using rene furterer forticea stimulating shampoo per recommendation from my hairstylist. It's been almost a month that I've been using it and it has made my scalp healthier thus reducing hair fall. You should use ut frequently and massage it for 3 minutes. It is quite pricey though but it's the best thing you can do for your hair.

If the hair loss is excessive, I'd see my physician for a simple blood panel. Hair loss is often a symptom of an underlying issue such as your thyroid or a vitamin deficiency.

15-25 strands isn't a lot at all! On average, we loose about 100 strands of hair a day.
