I don't know how to apply concealer & foundation correctly. Does the concealer go only under eyes?? Helpp.

No. Concealer can go under your eyes or on any blemishes/ redness. But it depends on the type of concealer. Because some types of concealer are specifically for under your eyes.

Concealer will soon turn into your best friend... Concealer can be applied to any problem areas you may have... Hyper pigmentation, scaring, acne. What ever it may be. Some concealed are just too heavy to use under the eyes. (Hard candy) by using a light weight concealer with a lot of coverage, under the eyes it will prevent creasing. Always set with a powder to ensure it will last all day.

There are concealers that go under eyes & on redness & blemishes
I personally do concealer first then foundation
