Ohhhh my god so cute!! I would definitely play down the jewelry - a pair of stud earrings, maybe a small bracelet and gold/black heels!
I would do the hair up to really show the detailing!
Makeup I would do a dark eye, maybe Smokey if you feel comfortable and a red lip!

The dress is a statement on its own, so the jewelry is a non issue.
For shoes, black pumps.
Hair up into a curled up do and a smokey eye with nude lips!

What a beautiful dress!

Definitely keep it simple as it is so GLAM already! Maybe just simple gold earrings (studs) and a ring or two. Black shoes & small black clutch!
