I highly, highly suggest you check out Bite Beauty. I haven't trie a single thing that I haven't loved. Personally I recommend the Whipped Cherry Lip Scrub, the Matte Lip Creme in Sucre, the BB For Lips in Watermelon, and their Creme Lipstick in Restina, at least. Other than that, I definitely recommend the Urban Decay Vice 3, it's gorgeous. It has an awesome shade range and the textures are perfect even though it's over your budget. I'm also a huge fan of the Per-fekt Lash Perfection Gel, it's great for lengthening and separating your lashes, and it's also formulated with nourishing ingredients so it's not bad for your lashes like most other mascara.

I would recommend this because you can try a couple different things in mini sizes
It is $25 and its TOTALLY worth it!!

I would look at the Beauty on the Fly section of the store, a lot of brand's most popular items are in tester and travel sizes for you to check out! Too Faced has their 4 part bronzer, melted lip colors, but double ended lip colors for 12 dollars, just so much good stuff!

I agree with carsam that set is rrally good the colors arr beautiful, it almost went home with me this monday but then again I don't wear much gloss so I let it go lol.
