Dermablend. Waterproof and sweat resistant.
You can also wrap a bandana around your wrist or sport a cuff/bracelet.
There are YouTube tutorials on bandana bracelets, but you can use any fabric/scarf.

If you're feeling REALLY lazy about it, pretend you've injured your wrist and get a splint for it at any drugstore. Not so glamorous, but it'll get the job done. I actually did the something similar when I burned my wrist on the oven. The burn was really revolting looking as it healed, so for everyone else's benefit, I wrapped my wrist in an ace bandage till it healed.
