Essentials:
- Jeans
- Short sleeve Tshirt
- Jacket/Coat
Jeans will keep your legs warm in the morning and night and shouldn't make you too hot during the day
A jacket/coat will be your main form of warmth for the morning and night and its easy to take on and off
Short sleeve Tshirt so the transition from cold to warm will be quick (all that walking will heat you up pretty quick)
Wear a scarf for accessory in case the coat will be too warm but your shoulders and neck might still be cold. I recommend a circle scarf so you won't have to worry about the ends flapping everywhere

Ever heard of DisneyBound? I think it's a cool idea. If you haven't heard of it, it's dressing inspired by a character. Last time I went, I did Kim Possible and wore skinny cargo pants, a black crop top and combat boots. For my makeup I did winged liner and kept it simple since I went to Disney in Florida and it was kinda warm (didn't want to become a hot sweaty mess)
Have fun and enjoy your birthday :)

Since you get cold easily I recommend that you switch the short sleeve Tshirt to a light, cotton long sleeve
And I recommend a coat that is lined in the inside like my pic
Not sure if you like tweed but the lining is very important cause it will keep you warmer than a leather jacket

Of course, sensible shoes like all-stars are much preferable than hers

I would layer up so if your too hot you can just layer down. I would take a Tshirt jumper and a jacket and jeans

And for makeup, I think a simple look with a pop of color either in the inner corner or even on the lips would be just fun enough!!

I'm also going to Disneyland, in 14 days. I'm having the same problem, I think I'm going to wear jumpers with a dress underneath, with thick tights and boots. Also, jeans with jumpers and a scarf with a large fur lined coat!
For makeup, 2 or 3 in one products would be helpful, as long as your skin looks good, everything else will!

Is your hair long enough to put up? I think a messy ponytail with lots of volume at the crown is a super pretty look that'd also be good for going on rides. If not a love breeze's suggestion!

Agree with Breeze in makeup too. I'd probably do simple eyeliner + mascara and a 2-in-1 lip and cheek stain for a subtle but pretty flushed look. If you have a dinner or anything planned for after, bring a couple extra products to get a little more glammed up.
