I have this same problem I usually just put gel in it to define my curls and keep them from being puffy side part it and leave it like that or pulling it back on both sides or all of the front!! For up dos I love buns I'll either do a messy one or a ballerina type bun sorry I don't have pics or any thing this is what I do hope I helped!!:)🙈

I usually go with a messy bun. I don't do this though, I let mine fall naturally.

Girl our hair is the exact same!! Honestly, coconut oil and Moroccan oil are our bestfriends🙌😍 Helps a ton with the natural hair because it makes it look like you styled it and it's not frizzy AT ALL.
