Some girls look better with short hair rather than long, I honestly think that's you. It would frame your face perfectly, it would look beautiful, although your hair already does, I just think it would look better.

I think you should gradually make your hair shorter so just in case you end up not liking shorter hair it won't take as long to grow back, maybe start with cutting off a few inches
