For awhile now every time I put my hair up in a pony tail or a bun or half up half down, I get those stupid little bumps on top of my head near the back and they are so noticeable and even when I brush my hair out to put in a pony tail it still doesn't go away. What can I do to help this??

Loosen the ponytail or wet that part of your hair before you tie it.

I brush my hair before I put my hair up and since I have thick hair I have to tie it tight or it just comes out.

I have thick hair as well, scrunchies are better for thicker hair rather than rubber bands or ties because it hardly pulls and it'll stay in place as well.

I used to have thick hair but then all my hair started to fall out 😭 I used headbands as scrunchies and it worked the best (no damage too?) :)

I had the same :) I have lots of hair and it was so hard for me to make a ponytail... Try to hold your hair in the ponytail without the hair band and them brush your hair in the shape of your ponytail, but still holding your hair. You'll be able to brush the bumps away :) I hope you understood me.

Thank you!! Ill get some scrunchies cause my scalp does start to hurt from it being so tight. And Puck I actually do what you are saying and it doesn't work its so weird.

Lol mine doesn't work when I do that either Puck.. scrunchies and headbands! Like Jasi said.. I do it with headbands when I lose my scrunchie. Works wonders.

That used to happen to me and I tried those thicker bands, hair ties I think they're called, and I don't have that problem anymore(:
