This is really embarrassing but I have quite bad dandruff. I have used all kinds of shampoos even t-gel and nothing seems to work. I even have dandruff in my eyebrows?? I find it so embarrassing because there are flakes in my eyebrows and head! Does anyone know how to get rid of it without the expensive shampoos that don't really work? I also get red scabs on my scalp quite a bit, do you know what it is? Thanks in advance!

I have the same problem. The best solution would be to see a dermatologist especially since it seems to be quite intense with scabs and all. But if not the only thing that ever helped me was tgel by neutrogena.

Use a dandruff shampoo and conditioner. Eg head and shoulders.

Head & shoulders makes my dandruff way worse. I recommend mending your dry scalp with oils.

Hi Sophie! I too have your symptoms, and even sometimes my eyebrows. What I have is psoriasis, and is thicker than dandruff, scabby, sorry, I know! If you have psoriasis, dandruff shampoos won't work, and I find tea tree makes things much worse for me. I did a video listing all the things that help, but right now I have it bad, I've been not taking my vitamins etc. I really hope you find some good info and help!!😘💕 http://youtu.be/Q_23SXrw5tg.

Hey there!(: I have the same symptoms I went to see my doctor about it because it was just getting worst. so I have saborreic dermatitis another word for dandruff I guess but its actually fungus :/ and it gets so bad. it was getting in my ears. (its still is) I know too much info sorry. but yeah it can't be cure. it can just be controlled but so far none of their treatments has worked :/. Good luck. btw oils MAKE IT WORSE or any dandruff shampoo. cutting off wheat and dairy is good for my case.
