Def, they're are lots of good tutorials on YouTube and even on here... Key is finding the right shade and eyeliner is a little tricky but with practice

its all about the brushes. get some really nice brushes, start with the basic so you dont spend so much money. small eyeshadow brush, a small blending brush and a blush brush is good for starters. most other things you can use makeup sponges, fingers and pencils like eyebrow pencils and such. then watch some youtube makeup videos :) teaching yourself makeup is easy, just takes alot of practice at first. I am a self taught makeup artist and loving every second of my career :) so i believe in you!
