Ouch sounds similar to my case, the first one didn't have enough skin and I took it out before the skin ripped. (which it did) then when I tried to repierce it, the piercer went through the scar tissue and it was just the worst so I took it out.. this was about 2 years ago and I still have a scar. But it definitely toned down from what it was.. I suggest bio oil, it has helped to an extent and can be used for stretch marks and other scars as well. definitely worth trying.

I agree, bio oil worked for me in a few disastrous piercing scars (my medusa and collarbones) but with time honestly they'll fade and reduce if there's any risen scar tissue :) just be patient.

The ball will go away on its own! Had one myself, similar issue. It goes away quicker if you gently massage it with bio oil every day. Mine has disappeared.
