So, I've noticed some "backne" or "bacne" appearing (mainly on my shoulder area) and a few blemishes on my face.. I'm wondering if acne can form due to new bedding arrangements? I sleep at my grandma's 5 nights out of the week because I babysit my baby niece.. I sleep in my sister's bed with my son. I recently started doing this and the acne recently popped up. Also, what can I do? I don't ever get acne.. so I'm new to this acne stuff. Lol.

It might be related. If the sheets and pillowcases of the bed you're sleeping in haven't been washed in a while it might be holding on to body oils and transporting them back onto you. Try changing the sheets and pillowcases.

She changes her sheets almost every two days because eventually the baby throws up, spills formula, and...other things while in the process of diaper changing. I don't use her pillows because she slobbers in her sleep. Sometimes there's not even a sheet on the bed, maybe that's the problem?

It could be what you use to clean the sheets. Maybe try switching to a new detergent!

I bought some disinfectant spray.. maybe I could spray the bed down?

It may also be stress. Go to a local drug store and see if they have a bar of acne soap- either benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid. You can use it everywhere, should help with your acne and help it die down.

From what I have gathered I believe you have an infant son. Your body could be adjusting to this hormones from being pregnant. Just a friendly reminder to be careful when sleeping with an infant.

Try a fragrance free sensitive skin detergent and it could be from being pregnant your hormones could still be going wild or it could be from your disrupt sleep schedule by some 2%salycic acid face wash and a soot treatment and see if that helps clear them up.

I'm sure you can use the disinfecting spray but do it in the morning so it will air out by the time you go to sleep
