Sun in is actually really bad for your hair, it opens up your cuticle and exposes your hair to everything and anything. I would recommend lightening your hair again with hair lightener (bleach), if you think your hair can handle it, and then TONING TONING TONING to get rid of brassiness. I reeeeaaaaally don't recommend sun in though.

I'd invest in a violet based toner and purple shampoo.

Bleach is usually a one time thing, you have to use sun in multiple times and expose your hair to UV.
