So recently my hair has been falling out more than normal. it comes out a lot in my brush and in the shower and its starting to freak me out..I don't use heat at all, and I can't figure out why I'm losing hair so easily. is there a way to stop this? like a treatment or method?

Do you brush your hair when it's wet? That tugs on your hair and makes it come out.. you should wait until your hair air dries and then brush it. It's a lot easier too.

No I make sure not to brush my hair when its wet! Hm. Yeah, I might have to see a doctor because I'm not sure what this is. Thank you both so much!!

Jacqlyn is right: Hair loss is normal because of the different phases in the hair's life...I have the same problem too in the moment but since this hair loss happens to me every year I know that it will stop in the next time...but I see your problem :) seeing a lot of the loved hair falling out is horrible sometimes! :)

Mine started falling out way more than usual and I never knew why until I stopped using my usual shampoo and eventually it stopped completely
