Everytime I get my hair cut, it seems within a few days my split ends are back! I don't use any heat during that time and I very rarely use heat anyways. I use a hair mask once a week and don't know what to do. It seems that when I run my fingers through my hair a bunch of little hairs come off because the split ends are breaking them. I feel like my hair has gotten shorter when I am trying to grow it longer. Please help! I don't know what else to do ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

Do you wash your hair with hot water? Or have your heater on? This can dry out your hair and cause split ends.
Just wash your hair with cold water, don't wash your hair everyday, continue to use a hair mask, maybe use a serum in your hair after the shoes, don't use heat, and continue to get trims. Keep in mind a little bit of split ends is normal and your hair should "shed" about 50-80 strands a day
