Recently my nose gets a lot of little pimples that show up during the day, then they are usually gone by 😕 I also have dry patches on my nose. I exfoliate my skin once a week or more, and use jojoba oil every night. I have oily skin... Any idea what causes this?

Sounds like a reaction to something, but it's hard to know without seeing you in person. Talk to your doctor, dermatologist, esthetician, or at least a pharmacist and see what they say.

I agree. It does sound as if you are reacting to something. You should try removing one different product from your routine each night and see if you still develop the bumps.

I would be careful while you are exfoliating because rubbing your skin to much can cause acne
