Face lotion help

I need help my face is breaking out so bad and it's now getting dry I need a lotion that won't clog my pores and will help fade acne scars I found 2 but I'm not sure if they will be good for my skin can you ladies recommend me some or tell me if you have used these ones below.

I love my Yes to Carrots moisturiser, it's amazing:) I'm not saying it'll fade acne scars, but it'll definitely hydrate your skin and won't clog pores.
I've tried the Olay one and was not impressed with it, it broke me out and I had to apply loads to get even a little bit of moisture. Too expensive to apply loads too!
