Umm...its acne without the whitehead acne sebum crap. It's joy serious or anything. Maybe just try a chemical exfoliant (Paula's choice has good reviews)

There called blind pimples because the don't have a head, try using salicylic acid products and tee tree oil , you need something to penetrate the pore walls and kill the bacteria inside,

I also have a couple of pimples that looks like that. They're just like "inside pimples" and I don't think that you can do something about them, maybe use a scrubglove?.. I don't think that you should care about them unless they hurt or itch.

I have had those around my eyes since I was around 8 so about 8 years I've had them & I have went to the doctor about them, they told me; I had to get a needle & stick it through & then squeeze it, so a little white ball will come out & just wash your face in the shower or something. Its working for me. But I have so many, they keep coming

What traci said, and use a gentle cleanser. I would not scrub them personally but my skin just won't tolerate that. I use my clarisonic to exfoliate and nothing else will do!

To get these things to make a white head I use Glam Glow Super Mud clearing treatment as a spot treatment twice a week. I have hormone acne so my jaw line can get pretty bad. If I start having trouble with the under skin acne I spot treat with this then, usually, in 24 hours it has a white head I can get cleaned out. Let me know if you want the list of products I use on my oily acne skin :)
