Has anyone used this pill for hair? Any results with it? I'm curious to know.

Don't drink pills unless prescribed by your docs these can really affect you... ask your doc first.

Some people have positive results and others have negative ones such as cystic acne, hair growing everywhere but on their head, and in some instances hospital trips. Talk to your doctor before taking pills.

I taken biotin on a daily basis for hair an nail support. It's a natural pill that's sold over the counters, nothing bad happens from taking biotin. It made my hair grow faster than normal and my nails got stronger.

Too much Biotin can have negative affects on the body. There's already plenty of biotin in the food you eat.

A lot of things are natural and/ or available over the counter but that doesn't mean it's safe.

Unless you have a biotin deficiency (consult with your doctor to check this) those pills will do little for you. In large quantities you'll have expensive urine because the body filters it out or in a worst case scenario it can have serious side effects.

I don't feel like it's worth the risk. Focus more on keeping your body healthy and looking after your hair (minimal heat, use hair masks, etc...) rather than taking pills.

In my opinion I think that is way to much biotin.

I recommend getting checked out by your doctor before taking any kind of pill or supplement. Your body may have sufficient biotin but for all you know it might actually be Vitamin C that's lacking! (Vitamin C is also essential for hair growth.)
