I LOVE painting my nails! Some say I have talent, but that's not the problem. My issue involves putting the base coat on. I don't have a base coat for the time being, so I use my top coat. Will that be a good substitute?

Top coats really help my nails but some bottom coats can also keep your nails safe and healthy
