Maybe storenvy, etsy, or a site like zazzle where peopl custom make shirts.

To me it just looks like a mockup from a custom shirt website, like shiro said. That means that only one copy was probably made - or even it was never printed, and someone just made the mockup.

They used to be on the Lookhuman.com website but I think they've been discontinued as I can't find them on there anymore :(
