So can anybody help me figure out what shirts and shoes would go good with these overalls? And how I should wear my hair and what makeup look would go good?

I'd probably wear a fitted white crop top and some high top Jordan's/chucks. dainty jewelry like a watch and necklace, maybe a good chunky necklace depending on the shoes I'm wearing.
For hair, high curled ponytail or just loose messy waves. Makeup, winger liner and red lips?
