I'm not sure what you mean but I think you should just keep your nose the shape it naturally is, or close to it :)

I have the exact same problem... mine is way worse than yours though. I can't even tell with you lol It looks perfect! but anyways if you get the surgery please tell me how it goes, I've been looking into it myself.

Well you only breath out of one nostril a time... It's weird but your body likes to take turns when it comes to the nostrils... One nostril will work then then maybe the other look it up :3

I think if you have a lot going on your nose will look too busy? I'm very "more is less" so personally I would just go with one piercing. I hope your surgery goes well! :)

I've had that surgery! I couldn't breathe and was getting chronic sinus infections.. The doc told me it wouldn't change the shape of my nose but it did, not for the better. Now I have a bump on the bridge of my nose. It bummed me out but I can breathe!!
