Anyone can wear read lips! You have a gorgeous skin tone. I'd go with more orange based or fiery red lips. So many drugstore brands make good ones! Try it out and see.

Yes, anyone can wear red lipstick! It's always hard (at least to me) to figure out shades when looking at a person's face in a photo, so I would suggest going to Sephora or any makeup counter and trying on some shades of red.
