Try a nail strengthener. That will make them not break as much, as for growth I know sally handed has a "miracle growth" product. Keeping your cuticles moisturized will also help, apply cuticle oil and make sure you always use a base coat before applying polish (:

Try to eat nail foods like carrots or something like that. I don't know what to do either but I hope you find a way to grow them😚😚

Ask your doctor if you can take omega vitamins. They make your hair and nails grow faster. It really works!

A trick I like to do.. And I know it's going to sound weird and gross but it definitely works... Rubbing garlic on your nails. Or even getting a cheap base coat, and throw a couple garlic cloves in there and mix it. Your fingers may smell like garlic but it always helps my nails grow and there is a lot of people that I have seen who use that trick online. Also take biotin, this will help make your nails healthier and stronger as well as your hair and skin. :)
