My nails are very soft and a little unhealthy, I don't paint them everyday and I broke the habit of biting a year ago. They're still weak and I need some help. At
Home DIY's would be wonderful. Thanks!

I was in the same position as you a couple of months ago. No diy's really worked for me. The only thing that really worked was me not painting them anymore (I haven't painted them in like 2 months) and just leaving them alone. Now they're strong and really long. This might not be really helpful but it's what worked for me. I've also heard that the Sally Hansen nail hardener is good but I've never tried it. Good luck!!

I had some problems like that as well, good tip is like what Alyssa said with not putting nail polish on top of it because your just adding chemicals onto your nails... But I do have a thing that does help, it called
Vaseline Intensive care health hand stronger nails non greasy lotion and I got it at my nearest drug store for about 5 dollars, just use when needed, too much and you'll ended feeling like a vampire and will have sun burns
