Best Waterproof Eye Makeup Remover?

So I've tried the Neutrogena eye makeup remover and the sonia kashuk eye makeup remover. Both of them you have to shake up. I have to use waterproof mascara so my eyelashes stay curled, but I have yet to find a good eye makeup remover that will remove it easily and without me having to destroy my eye area to get it off.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I should try? Preferably not anything oily because my skin breaks out with oily things.
