This is what I do! I use white (but you can use nude too as the other ladies said)) and I line my waterline. And I line my top lash line and I line the bottom lash line.. And then curl your lashes and apply mascara (:

Curl your lashes, put a thin line if eyeliner in your top waterline, not winging it or anything, then put mascara to your bottom and top lashes, especially your top ones! And if you want a nude or white eyeliner on your waterline you can do that too :)
