Is there any way I can get rid of my discoloration on my chin (every thing on my face is the same color but my chin is darker)

Agree with Lara, sun damage can cause pretty bad discoloration. Maybe you can try Kiehl's Clearly Corrective. It helps to reduce dark spots and other discolorations.
